1968-1972: Graduated charter class LSU School of Dentistry
1972 to present: Accumulated over 4,000 hours of postgraduate training
1983: Achieved Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry
1999: Achieved Mastership status in AGD (awarded to those dentists who have
achieved Fellowship status and have completed a challenging course of hands-on
study in 16 dental disciplines, totaling 600 hours of continuing education.

1968: President of the first class at LSUSD
1972: President of the student body at LSUSD
1972 to present: Member in good standing of the New Orleans, Louisiana, and American Dental
Associations
1975: First president of the LSUSD Alumni Association
1976-1993: Held numerous positions within the New Orleans Dental Association

1992: Inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Honor Society
