Ever experience problems with gas, bloating, nausea, or upset stomach? The Ginger Tea “cocktail” may be helpful. The ideas came from Sam Queen, Designed2Win.com. I’ve used it personally off and on for many years and he does work.
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder (organic if possible)*
- 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of local/raw/unfiltered honey
- Add ingredients to 1/3 cup of warm water, not hot water. Stir and drink as quickly as you can.
You can counter active or anticipated intestinal gas by drinking this tea. It often knocks out the most difficult case of gas within 10 minutes. The tea works to help digest carbs while it reprograms the intestinal wall to help with enzymes that digest carbs. As the intestines get trained with the tea you will eventually not need it.
*You may need to adjust the amount of ginger down according to your taste buds and stomach acceptability.
